Rates

Room prices in € per person and day inclusive tourist tax (2.50 €), buffet breakfast, Spa and garage.

Apartment prices in € per apartment per day inclusive tourist tax (2.50 €), Spa and garage, plus € 20.-per person for the final cleaning.

Short stay surcharge:
Surcharge for short stays.

Child reduction (only when staying in parents' room):
Children up to age 3 100% reduction, up to age 5 70%, up to age 10 50 % and children/teenagers up to age 15 30%.

Deposit:
For a fixed reservation we ask you for a deposit of 300 Euro per person within 10 days. To avoid transactions fees, please use Swift Code and IBAN. Deposit = cancellation fee.

Payment:
Please settle your bill in cash.

Arrival and departure:
Check in: from 2 p.m.
Check out: before 10 a.m.

 In case of early departure or late arrival we charge the room rate for the nights booked (no deduction).
If you arrive late or after 6 p.m., please let us know in advance.

Cancellation:
only valid in writing. For cancellations between 3 and 1 month prior to arrival 40%, up to 1 week prior to arrival 70%, less than 1 week prior to arrival date 90% of the total price are charged. If less people arrive than was arranged, the full room price is charged.

Parking:
Parking spots in our underground garage are available to our guests. No reservation necessary. One parking spot per room, two per apartment.
